- 2 cups strawberries , fresh or frozen
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 banana , fresh or frozen
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
- 1-2 cups ice
- 2-3 cups coconut water
- Place all ingredients into Vitamix or blender of your choice. Blend until smooth.
