It is said we eat with our eyes first. More ingredients don’t always translate into a pretty colorful smoothie. May taste great, it just might look a bit brown or grey in color. Let your taste buds guide you to new creations and flavors.
In a hurry, use frozen fruit. If you have kids, let them in on the fun! Choosy eaters love creating their own meals and this is an easy way to introduce new foods. Packed full of flavor, nutrients, and fiber. Gotta love smoothies! Any time of the year!
