A quick and easy smoothie that is refreshing and great for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

frozen banana

frozen fruit
(I like a variety adds great flavor)

cups
coconut water

tablespoon
ground flaxseed

tablespoon
agave nectar

cup
baby spinach
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix blend until smooth.
Infuse fruit. Whole Life!
Notes
You can choose the fruit of your choice. I like to put my fruit in the freezer so I don't have to add ice to get a smoother texture.
